Yes, there is a thoughtful and healing progression to Avita Yoga. Each class is unique and supported by the one before. Each succeeding video class will harmoniously lead you through your body and mind. It will include the systems, tissues, and cells. It’s not about “accomplishing” the shape but what it does for you.
The classes progress over time in a way that brings attention and detail to all the movable parts of the body. We revisit blockages and restrictions in various ways to bring health and mobility to the joints. The soft tissues naturally reorganize along the way, and compensatory patterns resolve. Students are encouraged to pick a series (5.0 recommended to start) and follow along sequentially to obtain the best results.
